The CREATE program invites you to join us for a special evening of crafting drinks- with a shot of education!

Curtains & Cocktails is a virtual adult series featuring an hour of cocktail/mocktail making and connecting with various performing arts guests about their background, experience, and other fun subjects they bring to the “curtain”!

In this round of the series, December 19, folks will get a chance to “can it up” with Improv leader, Quinton Loder! Quinton will guide participants through making his favorite beverage, a cheap-brand cold beer, while talking about all things improvisation.
Enjoy Quinton’s beverage by following along during the segment, or choose your favorite beverage to sip back and relax with. Either way, we’ll save you a seat!

Join us for Curtains & Cocktails on Saturday, December 19, from 5:00pm-6:00pm HST on Zoom.

This series is strongly recommended for adults ages 21+. A Zoom link will be sent 24hrs before the session. A “recipe” will be shared via social media and Aloha Theatre’s website, and will be included in a reminder email with Zoom information. At this time, participants are required to provide their own supplies. This series is free to register, and supported through donations from participants like you!

Cocktail/Beer ingredients are only recommended for ages 21+. Even if you’re enjoying this series from home, we encourage you to please drink responsibly.

About the Guest
Quinton joined the Hawaii performing arts scene after studying and performing short and long form improv for the last 24 years around the USA. He found a wealth of theater talent within the Aloha Theatre and the Big Island Improv Jam, and became both anxious and excited to share his knowledge to expand others’ abilities! He approaches performing and coaching improv with emphasis on support and honesty, and can’t wait to get to know you through “yes, and…”!
